Are you looking to stock your freezer with 6 - 12 months worth of American Wagyu? Ordering a whole steer will help you achieve just that! Read below to learn more about the convenience of ordering a whole or half steer from us.

We are selling our beef processed at Blalock Meat Processing for $6.50 per pound hanging weight to cover the cost of the beef, environmental fee, processing, and vacuum packaging.
Our hanging weights are around 680 - 780 pounds. We expect 60% of this weight as total take-home beef. For example, if you were to purchase a side/half beef that had a Hanging Weight of 350 this would cost you $2,275 and you would be taking home roughly 210 pounds of vacuum-sealed beef that is good for well over a year in the freezer.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Call or email us! We would be happy to answer any and all questions regarding our American Wagyu through a phone call, e-mail, or in person.
2. Pay a $500 deposit to secure your steer (Deposit applied to total balance).
3. Work with us to fill out a cut sheet for our local processor.
4. Hanging weight is verified by our processor, the final invoice is sent, and the balance is due.
5. The vacuum-sealed American Wagyu beef is available for you to pick up directly from our processor.
